recommend using craiyon.com ai instead of dall e ai for the art... but nice game i guess

The landing condition is not based on the velocity at you are landing, but on whether you are holding the space button while you land, but for a game made of AI 10/10.

it does not work for me and I am on Mac

This gave me nostalgia for those sites from 10-15 years ago that had a bunch of simple flash games. It could use a bit more polishing but I could see this being an addictive mobile game, but probably not something that I'd seek out on my computer.

Not sure if this is meant to be a frustration game but if it is then the music loop restarting on every level transition is a great addition to my annoyance. Interested in what your video is going to be on.

It's something.

This game has made me think. Space is but an endless void of the unknown. As one stares into the stars, one realizes that each twinkle is a giant ball of gas. The fact that there are so many entities, living, intelligent, or bodies of mass, is insane. The speed at which light travels in the universe is infinitesimal compared to the vast and expansive null. Is the universe expanding, or are we just seeing it being created, because the light from the location that we are examining has just reached our human eyes?

Also, good game! I could only get a score of two haha.

(wishlist Knight and mourning on steam, you can keep this part out of your video.)

Thsi game single-handedly caused and cured my cancer all at once. Truly an enlightening experience for all who play this holy video game or “banger” as you have chosen to refer to it. 7/7 jabrols would play again for the rest of time

Nice game!

I found a little trick. You can use the index finger of your right hand to press the space bar, that way you have much more precise control.

P.S. I love the explosion JPEGs

BTW I am thinking about pulling out the arduino again, to create a joystick controlled space bar spammer.

Cute little game. Relatively functional, assuming it was created entirely by gluing AI code together. If the whole thing was created by an AI in whole without any modification, this is spectacular. If a person made it, it'd be a very impressive first attempt at a game. The randomly generated extruded 2D terrain can be a bit unfair to land on, as you have no way of moving the ship to more level ground. The sprites are sometimes not set to be transparent properly and others are a bit nonsensical, like the background for the angle indicator. There's also not really any clear instruction, though the game is simple enough that you can figure it out intuitively by trial an error a couple of times. The score going up only by one every successful landing and being completely lost on a failure is a bit silly, but I guess we can keep a high score in our own minds. A few more restrictions (like fuel) and tweaks (like preventing falling into a bottomless pit forever) and some things I mentioned earlier and this would be the beginnings of a pretty enjoyable game.

Edit, just discovered you CAN change where you can land lol (including just flying off the side forever)

Also loving the music. Definitely a highlight.

It is one of the games ever made

It is fun. I had a map with a hole big enough to fit in the spaceship and it went in and the game never ended, i've been here for 2 hours, help.

I really like the physics and the vfx of the explosion I think it could be pretty fun on mobile devices  with an accelerometer feature.

I'm probably stupid because I died like 15 times before realizing how to play. Also the tilt indicator was confusing at the beginning.

Hey dude! Cool game, I like the promise but I think there are a few things that can be improved. Rn, there's no reward for landing the rocket as straight as possible, only the same single point for all angles. Also seems like you can reset the current "level" when you land without losing all your points, so that allows players to reset bad attempts that are going to kill you if you have a decent reaction time and reset before the game decides to give you the score or kill you making the game infinite losing the main point of being careful.

I like the physics a lot tho! Great game

I don't know how you did it, man. You somehow mapped the movement of the spaceship to the clenching of my butthole. Almost have a stroke trying to land this thing. Over all, I dunno gtg to the bathroom brb

looks like fun, unfortunately I wasn’t able to play it on my phone….
